REFUNDS & RETURNS

Return an item

This web shop’s refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items are:

All downloadable products.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Products with obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

I replace defective, damaged and unwanted items. If you need to exchange a defective, damaged item with the same item or an unwanted item with a different item, send me an email at www.martenellstrom.com for a return address. This doesn’t apply to downloadable items.

Downloadable products

Have you purchased a downloadable item through my web shop and want to have it returned or replaced. This is unfortunately not possible. I can in some cases offer you a discount if the item doesn’t live up to your expectations. In such case contact me at www.martenellstrom.com and I will try to resolve the issue for you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PRODUCTS AND PAYMENT

The type of products I sell

I sell both physical and downloadable products. Physical products are shipped to your destination of choice and for downloadable products, a link will be sent upon purchase. You are advised to download your item within 14 days. After this you have to repurchase your product.

Physical products are limited

For various reasons I do not accept orders of more than 10 items at a time. Some larger items in the web shop has therefore been limited to only 1 item per customer. This rule does not apply to downloadable products. Which you may purchase as many as you want.

Payments

Payments placed through my web shop are securely handled by Stripe.com. They accept most credit and debit cards.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost

You only pay a shipping fee for physical products. Downloadable products don’t have a shipping fee. Once you have chosen your country of destination the amount is being displayed in your shopping cart or at checkout.

How fast do I ship

I usually ship within 7 days after an order has been placed. If your item is not in stock, it could take up to about 14 days.

Who do I ship with

I currently ship with Postnord only.

Where do I ship

I offer shipping to the countries listed below. If shipping costs are not provided at checkout for your specific country please contact me and I will add it to the database.

If you choose a country by mistake that has no shipping costs added, and place an order without the shipping costs being applied to you order, you will be contacted by me and asked to pay for the missing amount.
